Grand Drive Garden Revival The client had bought the house as a home and land package. The gardens were bare minimum and were riddled with building material and drainage metal from the group housing companies build. Different parts of the garden had dry patches, as well as other parts being water logged. Most of the original plants had died or had been washed out in the floods. The client wanted to feel better about opening her curtains to her garden and seeing lush vegetation instead of sick plants and mud.	Kensington Park Paths and Stairs Reinstating a path and adding new stairs against the rivers edge at Kensington Park, Orewa. We aimed at making it safe and appealing to the eye for the community village.
Basement Development and Lift Installation The client wanted to improve access in their 3 storey home, to do so they opted for a small lift to be built between the ground floor and first floor. The beautiful house sits on a hard clay base, which has limited access. The team hand dug the area, removing 60 cubic metres revealing the floor level required. The house piles were supported and reconstructed to open the floor area. The project has required cohesive teamwork.	Huapai Family Haven An entertainers dream! A firepit installation and pergola, with a ready lawn and extensive drainage.
