We are a boutique building company, with over 28 years of experience.

At the helm, we have Bruce Cameron.

Loved by his clients, for his ability to complete their projects without any hassle. This is due to his extensive history in the construction industry, starting in civil and roading, before being approached by a building company in the early 2000's to begin his apprenticeship. He began his apprenticeship and worked building many houses on the North Shore.

After mastering his craft, Bruce began his own building business, which saw him renovate Ponsonby villas and even lift them to create under stories. He also worked for the like of GJ Gardeners and Mike Greer Homes, becoming well-known for being a problem solver, and adding finishing touches to most of the homes.

Bruce was also the site manager and head builder of the complete rebuild of the Old Ohakune Post Office, which was more than 100 years old. He was able to take the long-forgotten building and turn it into luxury multi-unit ski accommodation.

In the last few years, Bruce has taken on the landscaping industry. Working mostly on hardscaping, he has used his skills to create beautiful caste concrete formwork. His building, excavating, and drain-laying knowledge becoming ever relevant to every job he tackles. Check out our projects page to see how he makes everything look easy!

We recently engaged Bruce to carry out an under-house excavation and construction of a lift well in our home at Browns Bay. The project threw up some interesting and demanding challenges which he handled well. Bruce is a certified drain layer and builder. He managed everything efficiently and with complete professional skill and quality workmanship in both the structural work and the internal renovations. He was friendly and helpful throughout, coming up with useful suggestions as the work progressed. Each week he gave us a summary of the work to be carried out and kept us fully informed of progress or issues. All the sub trades were organised by Bruce which meant the whole project ran very smoothly.

His apprentice Shon was also a friendly hard working companion to Bruce so they made a good team.

We are very satisfied with the work Bruce has done for us and highly recommend him to anybody else looking for an experienced knowledgeable builder.
